How should we employees at NCC handle entertainment and gifts to or from customers and suppliers?

Although there is not always a set amount limit, there are rules to follow when deciding what is appropriate. In addition to the fact that you as an employee need to know what the law says, you also have a responsibility to ensure that the rules are followed and that we act in accordance with NCC's values and Star Behaviors.
